Todd McCullough

Todd McCullough is the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ director of Operations. A resident of Lancaster, Ohio, Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in applied management and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Ohio University where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013. Todd first served Fairfield County as dog warden and Dog Adoption Center director from 2013 to 2020. During this time, Todd earned a master’s degree in public administration from Kent State University. As dog warden, Todd was recognized by the National Association of Counties with an achievement award in 2019. The same year, the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter was named Shelter of the Year by the Ohio County Dog Wardens Association. From March 2020 through March 2021, Todd worked for the Fairfield County Human Resources department. Todd’s favorite hobbies include telling dad jokes, playing bass guitar, going to concerts, and spending time with his wife of 15 years and their 13-year-old son.
