A longtime resident of Pickerington, Kristi Burre is director of the Office of Children Services Transformation at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Capital University and her Master of Arts from Ohio University. With her entire career being in government, community systems, and service delivery, she previously worked for Fairfield County Job and Family Services for about 10 years. Since Kristi’s transition to the state organization, she believes that her involvement and leadership with ADAMH keeps her connected, committed, and passionate about local services and treatment needs for our community. Having only been on the Board since 2019, her goals for ADAMH include consistency, access, accountability, and leadership. When she’s not serving and supporting children and families in need, which most often centers around past and present trauma and addiction history, her family’s lives revolve around sports as her two sons are involved in football, soccer, basketball, and swim team. She also enjoys spending time with her family’s three-pound Yorkie named Baxter as well as traveling and reading.
